Since joining academia in 1999, Rory's creative skills have been channelled towards writing.  An experienced author of courseware and software user manuals (gained at Computercraft Ltd), he now writes on business management, gender issues and workplace democracy.  Below are book chapters, academic papers and sample articles.  Despite the wide range of writing styles and genres, the common thread that links them together is an enduring interest in democracy (both in individual relationships and corporate organisation).
